In this video, I will show you the different content elements that you can add to your website. Add a text and image to the page by clicking on the “Elements” menu. In the first section, choose “Text” and drag to the desired location. You can type text in this field directly or copy-paste from a document or a web page. The “Style” dropdown allows you to format your text with a number of pre-defined styles. To apply a style, first select the text piece with your cursor, then click on the “Style” drop-down and select the desired option, for example “Heading 1”. If you copy-paste content from an external source, its styles will automatically be converted to the ones available to your design. From here, you can add other elements as well, such as a table, image, video, code snippet and a horizontal line. Click on the button icon. This will create a new button. You can choose from three sizes - small, medium and large, as well as different types of predefined colours. To publish the change and make it visible for the users, click on the ”Publish” button. This will automatically publish all pages of your website. If you need to undo your change, you can click on the “Undo” button located in the top menu. There are some other content elements that you can use to quickly add a specific element. You can add a field with “Heading”, “Image”, “Link”, “Image & Text”, “HTML Snippet” and “Quote”. From the Layouts menu, you can add different elements that will assist in formatting your content. Add a “Horizontal Line” to separate different paragraphs. Add a “Columns” layout to visualise your content in multiple columns.
You can also choose from other layouts including different rows and tabs. The “Reusable Content” element can be used when you want to share the same content on multiple pages of your website. Add the element, click on it, select a and type a unique name. You can then add content to the empty area from the the “Elements” menu, the same way you would add a text and image element. Adding content to the reusable container, will add the content to the selected preset. Now that you have a reusable content container with some content added, go to another page and again select “Reusable Content” from the “Elements” menu. Choose the desired preset and click “Update”. The content from the selected preset will be automatically added on the page. From “Gallery” menu, you can add different types of galleries. The first one is a classic one that features small thumbnails of the images. Add images from your computer or from our stock image gallery. Go to “Settings and Appearance Options”. You can change the thumbnails size, toggle the images' captions on and off and choose how many images will be visible per row. From “Image Effects”, you can add various effects to the thumbnails, as, for example, “Polaroid” and “Grayscale”. You can also change the thumbnails shape to various types. From “Large Image Viewer”, you can adjust multiple settings for the large display of the image that is opened when you click on a thumbnail. From “Gallery Type”, you can switch the gallery to a “Slideshow”, “Filmstrip”, “Mosaic” or a "Slider".
